I'm not a food influencer. I just apparently have a lot of opinions about food.
It started with me reviewing food at EPCOT's International Food & Wine Festival while repeatedly insisting that I am absolutely not a food influencer.
Then I kept reviewing things.
Now Not a Food Influencer™ follows me wherever something looks worth eating, from restaurants and local finds to festival food, snacks, treats, and products that somehow end up in front of me.
The idea is pretty simple: I try it. I tell you what I actually think.
No pretending everything is amazing. Just genuine reactions, completely subjective scores, and hopefully a few things worth trying for yourself.

So, how does this work?
Pretty much anything that fits the series: restaurant food, snacks, desserts, packaged food products, local specialties, festival items, or something completely unexpected that you think I need to experience. If it's food and there's a story or experience worth sharing, I'm interested.

I keep restaurant visits focused on two dishes. You choose one dish that you think deserves the showcase, and I choose one that catches my eye from the menu. It gives you the opportunity to show me something you're proud of while still letting me experience the menu as a customer would.
I'll be honest, but I'll always be respectful. Not everything is going to be for me, and that's part of keeping the series genuine. If the overall experience isn't the right fit for a video, I may also choose not to publish rather than force content that doesn't feel authentic.
No. Providing a product does not guarantee coverage or a positive review. If I decide to feature it as part of Not a Food Influencer™, the reaction and opinion will be genuine. If you need guaranteed deliverables, that's a paid collaboration rather than a review.
Absolutely. Paid collaborations are simply kept separate from Not a Food Influencer™ reviews. I can create content around your restaurant, food brand, product, founders, behind-the-scenes process, launch, event, or story. Paid collaborations are storytelling and creator work, not paid reviews.
A review is about what I actually think of the food or product. A paid collaboration is about creating entertaining content that tells your story.
